I just installed yesterday. I had the same problem.

      (1) You need to unzip "graphicalnetworkmonitor-1.2.1-windows.zip" to a folder that you want to run from (I run from "C:\1-SystemTools"). There is no install package.

      (2) Create a shortcut to "C:\1-SystemTools\graphicalnetworkmonitor-1.2.1-windows\Graphical Network Monitor\gnm.exe"

      (3) I then put this shortcut on my bottom toolbar (Yours may be on the side - Anyway, your toolbar for easy activation - You keep it on your DeskTop if you want - However you want to activate it).

      (4) Click this shortcut (you are in !!!).
